- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
- You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (rates calculated at checkout based on location).
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (available for an additional charge).
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or severe weather.
International Shipping:
- We currently ship Worldwide. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and can take 10-20 business days.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
